Alejandro holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh, where he conducted advanced research in demography, GIS mapping, and landscape data analysis. He taught seven university courses and mentored hundreds of students through over a decade of fieldwork and research design. He has also published scholarly works and collaborated with institutions such as the University of Pittsburgh, Universidad del Magdalena, and the Instituto Colombiano de Antropología.

Transitioning from academia to the insurance field, Alejandro now focuses on helping individuals and families navigate the Medicare system with clarity and care. He is fully licensed in 13 states including Florida, California, Texas, New York, and New Jersey, and is appointed with leading carriers such as Aetna, Humana, UHC, Wellcare, Anthem, Florida Blue, Devoted, Molina, CarePlus, and Simply Healthcare.

Previously, Alejandro served as a Principal Project Manager at Bon Pate LLC, where he led R&D for specialty products, managed operations, translated HACCP manuals, and developed UX enhancements for a 25-product portfolio. He also worked as a Spanish Interpreter for Kelly Services and held various insurance-related roles with TogetherHealth, New York Life, and other platforms.

Alejandro’s service-oriented mindset and multilingual communication skills make him an ideal advisor for Spanish-speaking and multicultural communities. He operates out of Sanford, Florida and offers remote consultations nationwide.

Outside of insurance, Alejandro serves as VP of Education for Toastmasters Lake Mary, is a lifelong member of the Society of American Archaeology, and holds certifications in UX design, project initiation, and supervisory leadership.
